- NOISE IS: RIGHT REAR WHEEL BEARING (loose & noisy). TECH REMOVED UNDER ENGINE COVER. ************************************************************************* HAD CODES -P0420, P0496, P2097. TECH CLEARED CODES.
- A/C PRESSURE IS READING HIGH. A/C SYSTEM WAS LOW. TECH PERFORMED PARTIAL CHARGE & SYSTEM PRESSURE IS STILL HIGH. TEST VERIFY THAT THE RADIATOR COOLING FAN IS NOT WORKING. THIS IS CAUSING REFRIGERANT TO GET TOO HOT & LEAD TO HIGH PRESSURE. **************************************************************************** RECOMMEND: A/C COMPLETE CHARGE & -R&R- RADIATOR FAN ASSEMBLY. ****************************************************************************
- REPLACED RIGHT REAR WHEEL HUB ASSEMBLY.
- REPLACED LEFT FRONT OUTER TIE ROD END.
- REPLACED LEFT FRONT LOWER BALL JOINT.
- REPLACED FRONT BRAKES PADS & ROTORS ON BOTH SIDES.
- REPLACED REAR BRAKES PADS & ROTORS ON BOTH SIDES.
- PERFORMED FULL SYSTEM BRAKE FLUID SERVICE. BLEED BRAKE SYSTEM. Features: -Prevents corrosion in master cylinder -Cleans varnish from the brake system -Removes air from the brake lines -Replaces worn brake fluid with DOT 3 or DOT 4 Brake Fluid Benefits: -More responsive brakes -Increased vehicle safety -Smoother stopping -Quieter brakes
- PERFORMED ENGINE TUNE-UP: REPLACED COIL BOOTS, SPARK PLUGS, ENGINE AIR FILTER.
- Clean intake plenum, Clean fuel injectors, Check fuel pump pressure. Recommend a full tank of fuel for best results. It's not uncommon for there to be a white smoke with exhaust for next tank of fuel as there is cleaner in the fuel tank also. Some times the CEL comes on with service. If that occurs stop by at your convenience, a Tech can clear code & reset light.
- REPLACED ENGINE COOLING FAN ASSEMBLY.
- INSTALL COOLING SYSTEM SERVICE KIT, DRAIN AND FLUSH COOLING SYSTEM, ADD 16 QUARTS DEX COOL, CHECK THERMOSTAT AND ELECTRIC COOLING FAN OPERATION. * REPLACED EXPANSION TANK BREATHER HOSE.
- PERFORMED A/C SYSTEM – Complete Charge -. ADDED A/C OIL AS NEEDED. A/C IS BLOWING COLD NOW.
