TECH CLEARED CODE and TEST DROVE. CODES THAT RETURNED -P2112, P0505, P1124, THROTTLE ACTUATOR "A" , IAC SYSTEM, SENSOR A OUT OF RANGE. THE INFO WE ARE FINDING IS RECOMMENDING REPLACING THROTTLE BODY. RECOMMEND REPLACING THROTTLE BODY and A FUEL SYSTEM SERVICE.
    • REPLACED THROTTLE BODY and RUNNING GOOD.
    • Clean intake plenum, Clean fuel injectors, Check fuel pump pressure. Recommend a full tank of fuel for best results. It's not uncommon for there to be a white smoke with exhaust for next tank of fuel as there is cleaner in the fuel tank also. Some times the CEL comes on with service. If that occurs stop by at your convenience, a Tech can clear code and reset light.

VEHICLE IS VERY HARD STARTING, WHEN TECH DID GET IT STARTED LOTS A SMOKE CAME FROM THE EXHAUST and MAKING REALLY BAD ENGINE NOISE. IT SOUND LIKE THE CRANK OR ROD BEARINGS ARE GOING OUT. RECOMMEND REPLACING ENGINE. GAVE CUSTOMER EST and ADVISED CUST DECLINED REPAIR.

    • DRIVE BELT IDLER PULLEY – Remove and Replace – F150 Each Additional

TECH WAS ABLE TO VERIFY **INTERMITTENTLY A NO CRANK ISSUE, BUT NOT EVERY TIME. RECOMMEND TAKING TO FORD DEALER FOR TSB AS IT MAY BE UNDER EXTENDED WARRANTY.
