TECH CHARGED SYSTEM TO THE CORRECT LEVEL. PERFORMED PRESSURE TEST AGAIN & PRESSURE IS BETTER BUT HIGH SIDE IS TILL GOING TOO HIGH. THE LOW SIDE IS IN RANGE. THIS INDICATES A BLOCKAGE SOMEWHERE IN THE SYSTEM. LIKELY A BAD EXPANSION VALVE. RECOMMEND REPLACING EXPANSION VALVE & A/C SYSTEM COMPETE CHARGE.
- PERFORMED A/C SYSTEM – Complete Charge –
- REPLACED EVAPORATOR EXPANSION VALVE. WITH NEW PART & SYSTEM CHARGED A/C PRESSURES ARE GOOD NOW BUT STILL NOT BLOWING COLD (its @ 70-). ********************************************************************* TECH INSPECTED & FOUND THE TEMP CONTROL ACTUATOR IS NOT WORKING CORRECTLY. THE ACTUATOR IS BAD & THE DOOR IS NOT MOVING ALL THE WAY.
- TECH REPLACED HVAC DOOR ACTUATOR & TEMP IS ADJUSTING GOOD AT THIS TIME.
