NOT TO EXCEED 1.5 HR. ******************************************************************** HAS CODES -P0523, P0496, OIL PRESSURE SENSOR CIRCUIT HIGH VOLTAGE, EVAP SYSTEM FLOW DURING NON PURGE. TECH INSPECTED & FOUND OIL PRESSURE SWITCH IS READING 127PSI ALL THE TIME. ITS ALSO LEAKING OIL BAD. THE EVAP PURGE SOLENOID IS LEAKING VACUUM. ******************************************************************* RECOMMEND REPLACING: Oil Pressure Sender/Switch, & Vapor Canister Purge Solenoid. ******************************************************************* RECOMMEND REPLACING or SERVICING: BRAKE FLUID >RED POWER STEERING FLUID SYSTEM >RED (Leaking at P/S Rack). NEEDS FRONT & REAR BRAKES PADS & ROTORS BOTH SIDES 3/4mm >RED ENGINE OIL IS ABOUT 1qt LOW. >YELLOW

    • THERE ARE NO CODES FOR OIL PRESSURE. THERE WAS NO ISSUE DURING DRIVE FOR OIL PSI. OIL LEVEL IS GOOD. THE ONLY RATTLE TECH HEARS IS NORMAL NOISE WHEN ON A ROUGH ROAD. ALL FRONT END PARTS ARE TIGHT ( LINKS, BALL JOINTS, CONTROL ARMS, TIE ROD ENDS) ALL TIGHT.
    • Performed BG TRANSMISSION FLUID SERVICE. Service – Dissolves and suspends deposits – Rids all old fluid and suspended debris – Installs new automatic transmission fluid – Fortifies new fluid with seal conditioners, oxidation inhibitors and shift improvers
    • Clean intake plenum, Clean fuel injectors, Check fuel pump pressure. Recommend a full tank of fuel for best results. It's not uncommon for there to be a white smoke with exhaust for next tank of fuel as there is cleaner in the fuel tank also. Some times the CEL comes on with service. If that occurs stop by at your convenience, a Tech can clear code & reset light.
    • ALTERNATOR DRIVE BELT – Remove & Replace – [Includes: Serpentine and V-Belt type Belt(s).]

    • CHECK FRONT AFTER HITTING A CURB. CUST THINKS IT MIGHT NEED ALIGNMENT CHECK.
    • PERFORMED BG BASIC oil & filter service. -Allows safe oil change intervals. -Ensures reliability of critical engine components. -Helps to prevent excessive oil consumption.
    • REPLACED CABIN AIR FILTER. INSTALLED BG FRIGI-FRESH.
    • FRONT & REAR BRAKES ARE @ FT – 4mm & REAR – 3mm. BOTH ARE IN THE YELLOW WITCH COULD BE REPLACED BUT DO HAVE TIME.
    • REPLACED FRONT BRAKES PADS & ROTORS
    • REPLACED REAR BRAKES PADS & ROTORS
